WP can simply ask PAPPY to decide who to be LO and once picked, PAPPY cannot blame WP for choosing the wrong guy and save WP the trouble of debate on preferred choice. Not that it cares about the superficial title. The strategy is to capture more GRCs from PAPPY for daring to play dirty.
