10:10am ferry, depart 10:20am. Journey 1hr to Nirup Island. Transfer to another ferry, 10min reach WL. Total journey around 1hr20min. Tip to sit highest deck when towards WL as exit is from top deck.
WL as for now I will say around 70% ready. Only 1 buffet line available, need queue and wait ~20min, do member card also need wait ~20min. Has some acarde game for kids and a kids room. As of today, level 8 and 9 not ready. So only have casino, buffet and a bar. Bar inside have free bingo session, winner get $10 voucher. Not sure got what other activity.
Aircon still an issue, casino also hot. Toilet can flush but toilet paper refill quite slow.
Buffet not as bad as what I expected. Saw some photos only have like 3 or 4 dishes. But today have braised pork, chicken, fried sotong, cabbage vege, fried rice, French fries, pizza, can’t recall the rest. Have orange juice, apple juice but only have 1 coffee machine.
Casino offer 1 time promotion, $500 cash change $550 promotional chips, for those don’t know, these chips cannot change back to cash and need to be spent.
They have like 10-20 slots ready, some not working. Notice some machine, some auntie play half way will auto blank screen, see heng suay. Slot start from 1cent denom.
Table game limited games but many tables. Baccarat maybe 10+ ready tables and you can slowly open the card yourself, I didn’t play that but if I not wrong min $20.
Blackjack starts from $20 as well, cannot double soft ace, only 9/10/11.
2 roulette table min $2 and 1 dice game. They have those electronic roulette where min $1. So far don’t see other table games yet
Onboard have those red shirt lady where you can change rolling chips. $1,000 rebate $5, $2,000 rebate $15.
If you have auto roam, your phone timing might change here and there as there is 1 hour slower then Singapore. Return trip follow singapore time but half hour before departure, they will announce. When return we didn’t manage to get dinner. Maybe if queue early might got chance.

I have just returned from the World Legacy cruise ship. Anyone has any question about the cruise can ask me. I will not share too much here so as not to end up writing an essay here. But can ask me for more details.
From HFC to WLC takes only 1 hr 10 min. 50min to Nirup island and only 10min to WLC from the island, and 10min boat transfer.
I paid $38 net. I took 12:10pm boat and return at 18:30pm.
Buffet lunch is for everyone including day trips but cannot have dinner as it starts at 6pm and I have to leave.
Interior designs are nice and look like inside a building on land.
I saw many kids today and there is a play room for small kids.
Regarding casino, it is perfect place for Baccarat fans, better than MBS, RWS, Genting. So as a regular Baccarat player, I will only go to WLC.
