12pm satellite shows south westerly winds. PAP Singapore is safe. Jiuhu will bear the crunt of heavy rain.

The worse isn't this. Vietnam is going to be hit again soon by another few rounds of flooding if you look at the satellite

Singapore is surrounded and protected by Malaysia and Indonesia who are likely to be swallowed by South China Sea and Pacific Ocean first than us
