Anyone who takes panadol frequently or regularly should take glutathione (eg. Setria brand) to protect their liver and kidneys. Your body uses glutathione to detoxify panadol.
If you go to the hospital for panadol overdose, the doctor will prescribe you NAC, which is merely a precursor of glutathione,so if you can get glutathione, it's better to take it directly instead of NAC, and glutathione has less side effects than NAC.
