Most of them stay in the northern region like Yishun and Sembawang and some scattered around Jurong like Bukit Batok. The hardcore PAPPY stronghold. Any samsters stay in similar "foreigner territory" too? No wonder, HDB near cities are more expensive than those ulu ulu places.
