Haj pilgrims to require health certificate from 2026 onwards

MUIS will also prioritise senior applicants for the Haj, considering the Saudi ministry's "stringent medical health requirement and the need to better support our senior applicants".
 
Why MUIS bother ?
If the sick and old want to go to Mecca and die there as holy men, that is their wish

MUIS has no right to control against people wish to visit and die at Mecca

Actually it is Saudi that impose all kind of conditions and restrictions and quotas.
