End of money laundering hub

If these wealthy PRCs are fleeing S'pore owing to tighter controls by the govt, it shows that they are money launderers. Anyone who only wants to "ownself check ownself" cannot be honest since they fear scrutiny. Sounds familiar, doesn't it?

By the way, Hong Kong should be considered as a mainland China city, subject to the same sanctions and restrictions. You want to park your money there? Might as well balik kampung to mainland China lah, no difference. :sneaky:
