Even if someone took your photo it is not criminal offence. Unless:

1. U are fxxking someone and its invades your privacy for fxxking someone
2. Your photo is used to defame you or someone related
3. You become accidental model and someone profts from it.
4. Photos of upskirt or downblouse but you are a man nobody is interested looking at your birdy.
5. The person does not stalk you to take more of your birdy.
It is legal to take photos of people in Singapore. I always take photo of cute girls in the public. Not against the law.
 
unzip & dun noe....means there is nothing to hide in the first place.
 
No worries as it is beneficial to let your bird get some fresh air from time to time.
