i'll spend as much time as i can to understand the Buddhist ''Non-Self Concept''...............

maybe i'll be able to move a step closer to Non-Existence in my next rebirth...........
 
1st thing is go convert become christian and get ticket to heaven first .... free one

then spend all the $$$$ that you have left after distributing your legacy amount to family .... enjoy everyday without sleep to maximise time.

some of my own ideas from my secondary school days were quite similar..................so i was able to understand it...............

a story on the Star Wars monster named Sarlacc actually helped me................there was a saying in the story............

I think you have to be clear on what "self" are they referring to. Is it the physical body or your soul? Then it will be clearer.
