According to suggestions from the Internet, bedsheets should be washed average 2 weeks. Pillow case 3-4 days.
Got people wash bedsheets and pillow case separately de mare?

Cb I wash about 2 months.
I woke up with itch all over and washed my bedsheets at 4am, then post here now.
 
After put to wash, I then apply this all over body including lj

Room got aircon or not? Once got aircon all the insects will stop invading, best is buy sharp plasmacluster ion air purifier for killing all viruses bacteria germs together with aircon room confirm clean

Yes I always on aircon while sleeping.
I didn't know air purifier can kill germs & bacteria. But if it's mites won't help too.

Need to follow leecommendation to wash bedsheets and pillow case more frequently liao.

I sleep in aircon. So about once a month.
 
usually bring to laundromat to wash. put coins, load the stuff and sit there to wait for washer hot wash, then put in dryer. About 1 hour waiting time.
 
I only got 1 set of beddings. So must wash dry and reuse.

one is giant, the other mites invisible
bugs, little lump exposed on skin, mites intense itchiness on skin
 
Wash bed sheets once a week.
Very rarely, in 2 weeks.
Duvet covers once every 4 weeks
