The PAP has absolutely no idea how to grow the economy and provide PME jobs for S'poreans so it needs a major distraction like the war on vaping since no foreign country is interested in invading S'pore. The only invasion is by 650,000 CECAs who didn't even need a Trojan Horse to enter, since the PAP opened their legs wide for these Indians.
