Why waste so much time and money to study for a degree in the local university while you can’t find a job after graduation :frown:

Go to the ITE and study a Higher Nitec upon graduation then join the workforce :thumbsup:

The PAP sets the educational policy in S'pore, so how can the govt unilaterally declare an unknown institution like Uptron from India as "the best." The reputation and standing of NUS are built on global academic rankings, research, accreditation and graduate employment rates - not on a simple decree from a former patient of IMH.

I reproduce my previous post here so you may read it again carefully: "My sons attended ACS and have friends from the common folk as well as elites. Those young adults from privileged homes have always been kind, courteous and humble while at my home." My sons' are now young adults, and so are their former classmates, who remain humble and respectful whenever they are over at my home these days.

WTF. Global ranking NUS and yet no employers want to have anything to do with such graduates. That said, l do admit that NUS is lambar one in taking photos of women's panties. The proof of the pudding is in the eating and no employer wants to eat the NUS pudding. Wake up NUS 'graduates' and smell the coffee. Uptron graduates can all find jobs easily and the reasons should be obvious to all.
 
I had friends who are ITE graduates earning 10k plus a month working in sales and event management and also working as associate engineer earning 4k plus at large manufacturing company :smile:

This is what I meant gainfully employed ..

Whereas I saw young graduates from local universities working as cabin crew & hawker assistants .. some can’t even find a job for more than a year :frown:
