Hawker centres, lifts, escalators, toilets etc need to have some downtime now and then for repairs or renovations.

Same for MRT lines. You are delulu pro max if you want them operational 24/7/365 for years upon years. :biggrin:

This group is just the “shield” infornt of the multi millions dollars salary ministers when things go south.
Anything go wrong, they would take the hit… when things go correctly, the minister gain the credit.
