Each breakdown's overcrowdiness is being tested, and the data is then sent to the Population White Paper team to inform them that there is still space for adding more immigrants into sinkieland. Don't underestimate the purpose behind each breakdown.

I was at Bedok North Station taking DTL train at about 4.00pm, the PA non stop playing due to power fault, there will be 15 minutes train service delay, why no publish in social media?
