Not likely to happen as investment in renewable energy usage has increasedVenezuela the next domino to fall. Would be a shame if blackouts or electricity rationing hits your Tiongland cities.
CCP has own set of principle, never invade any country, don't sell arm to any country at war at time of sale(but don't know behind closed door), will not use nuke on any country that does not process nuke weapon, and will not be the first to open fire but confirm you don't have a chance to fire the second round.
