the father siao ah? he report the son oso no use, the money wont return back ... and on top of that, he throw the son to "boys home" and lose his education .... its a lose-lose decision reporting the son ... he lose money and lose son both now. jialat!

But how did Ah Boy even manage to access and withdraw CPF funds?
The father likely reached the age of retirement and had excess funds in his OA account after setting aside his RA. He then transferred the remaining OA balance to his bank account, and the son transferred the father's bank account balance to his own account.
