What I have mentioned previously: have something similar to a Schengen Area arrangement between Sinkieland and Malaysia.
 
I juz spoke to a Thai pick-up driver, who ferry Thai goods, veg to Sg.
He says NO VEP and they paid nothing on entry at MY border.

Jiuhu can fetch people from Malaysia to Singapore because of free COE and cheap petrol

However, Singapore cannot fetch people from Malaysia to Singapore because our cost is high, high COE and 3quarter tank rule

Can la same as bus fare and current cross border taxi fare . Rm over there and sg here
