If cold shower, all ActiveSG outlets have. But they don't have proper equipment for you to hang your clothes and dry your hair.
If you live near SAFRA clubs, can go to the swimming pool toilets. Got hot showers. But Country Clubs better. I used to bathe at Orchid Country Club. Got cotton buds to dig your ears.
