I believe malls operate like this also. If the ship not giving good returns the mall can terminate the retail lease.

Graduates with nitec diploma degree all no jobs, just monitor, this group refuses to work, employment system on the verge of flipping over...high rental unreasonable terms, high turnovers of tenant, just monitor, boycott such SE establishments and best to boycott restaurants in "malls" as well, ownself cook, eat less, eat raw, eat healthy...hopefully rental system will be on the verge of collapse as well
