Serious Tiong tourists creating ruckus around the world!

If the Chinese government is astute, they should put all of these individuals on a blacklist and forbid them from ever again traveling abroad in order to keep them from bringing shame to their nation. The same is true for all foreign visitors who throw such terrible fits.
