Start of mooncake trial baking for upcoming Mid Autumn Festival 中秋节.

First up is the Taiwanese favourite Egg Yolk Pastry 蛋黄酥. Did 2 versions. One is the classic round shape. And the other is the cute bunny shape.

Durian mooncake which I did b4.

The fillings are 100% pure durian flesh. No additional sugar or cream added.

The snowskin is made with 4 different types of flour and with minimum amount of diabetic friendly "Trehalose" sugar
