I suspect many of the lower SES FTs and young families have taken roost in the Sengkang Punggol area over the last decade or so.
You were warned about this.
To avoid congestion, you have to take the first or second train: together with the low SES blue collar workers and NS slaves trying to book in to camp early. That means waking up at 5am. If you are hardcore, you can go to a gym in the downtown area near your workplace, exercise, makan breakfast then start work.
