Have they caught those using cheaper foreign motorbike for delivery? Many jhk bikes here.
 
fine the delivery rider company, the registered rider who rented out their accounts gao lat gao lat to deter their illegal activities .... and use chopper chop $$$ out from the foreign riders before deporting them .... like that can top up the treasury for PBs and salary increment ... :thumbsup:
