I cannot understand what's so good abt HDL? Yet to try it. How long HDL been in SG?
 
Haidilao so expensive, only the minority rich people here then can afford to patronize .... too many outlets reduced the profit per shop lah ... :whistling:
 
HDLs restaurants do not account for bulk of their profits. They only got 1000 odd restaurants in total and that is a small figure in the grand scheme of things even in China market alone. The bulk of their profit is from being suppliers
 
Maybe if they take bookings or reservations they can survive…
