[Sg video] CNA chiobu: F&B firms in Singapore selling exciting blind boxes of randomized leftover food to reduce wastage and earn more money

70 years ago restaurants used to do that. Waiters would collect the leftover food on the plates and sell it out the backdoor to earn money.
