Owing to my busy schedule and continued disappointment at the overpriced meals outside offering little value-for-money, my maid prepares a container of fried rice, dry mee pok, chicken rice, fried bee hoon, seafood laksa, mee siam or rice with meat/veggies etc. for me every morning before I head to the office. I seldom head out for lunch on weekdays anymore.
