Hokkien? Yeah, maybe. I also noticed a lot of Tans in SG got very slatty single eyelid then there's a slight discolouration on the side like makeup.
Tay Fook Yuen of Lion Peak Pte Ltd also have such eyelids. Actually, worse than this. (See 1st depicted, not him btw)
Single eyelids itself is not ugly. The overall facial features and structure more important
