The Malay govt cannot ensure fair and equal opportunities for all Malaysians, regardless of race, to help retain talent. This is because they know that the Malays are unable to compete on a level-playing field with the Chinese or even the Indians and Eurasians in Malaysia.

My cousin and his wife worked in S'pore until the age of 55 before moving back to Ipoh where they own a house and 2 cars. He has S'pore citizenship while his wife remained a Malaysian.

This is an intelligent couple who benefitted from the best of both world's: earn SGD for 25 years, retire at 55 and live in a landed home and own 2 cars back in Ipoh.
