School of higher learnings are for good students who can made the grade. Having quotas and affirmative policies will only produce mediocre graduates. It will not only degrade the quality of qualified workforce but also wasting time and money. It will have a repercussion effect instead of progress.

If there is not enough talented students within the country, it is best to reduce the intake and its size. If unable to reduce the intake due to certain reasons, rather have qualified students to fill the slots than have affirmative actions. Reason as per above.
