Last month (July), only clocked 7,600 calories burnt in exercises. Cant hit my 10,000 calories target...

August need to buck up and make up for shortfall...
 
I used to run and workout at the gym 5-6 days per week to keep trim, but then tore my meniscus 3 years ago. Even though I eat moderately, I have put on weight because I am no longer able to run or workout with the same intensity as before.
 
I dont like road biking in Singapore. I dont want to lose my life.
I was a motorcyclist during my NS and NUS days, but became a driver several years after graduating. I hate to admit it, but many riders die simply because they are too reckless. I lost count of the number of times bikers weave in and out of traffic w/o signalling even on the expressways at high speed. I switched lanes after signalling my intentions, only to be surprised by a biker appearing out of nowhere from behind a car following me.
 
Try fucking more often. Sex burns up alot of calories and don't believe those woman free men. They are either CAQ, ED or small dicks.
 
Why the need to count calories? They are your energy to help you move around.
