there must be a very strong and compelling reason for him to do so. Highly likely could be due to this self entitled passenger who most likely deserves it.
 
The mudd woman can still pretend to walk.

Most people in wheelchairs feel very entitled and expect everyone to make way for them or assist them.

If you cannot walk by yourself freely like the rest…just stay home.
