Bad Attitude of Dr Gary Kang of Sengkang polyclinic!!

So far I had not any bad experience with polyclinics, and I think the leeson should be becos the workload and stress level of the medical workers there are much lesser than in the acute hospitals.

However there is something that caught my eyes with TS quotes .
The health care system in sg only focus on protecting the medical workers by enforcing the security when shits happens, but they never consider the patient sides.
This will encourage medical workers to feel protected and end up being lazy. And problems will start to arise from there.
Its the truth. My friend told me she and some patients just talk normal tone and the staff can anyhow say they raise their voice and anyhow say the patients are framing them. Just be very careful with some bad healthcare workers

just ask dr kang to GPGT his latest mRNA jabs then will be able to see if he deserve the covid resilience medal lololololl

Saw this at another post. Seems like this Dr Kang is quite nasty

Of cos he not happy at my friend and send her this envelope full of stamps and the letter of warning.

66% vote for this kind of Director Dr Gary Kang

Here is a simple Ai version , hope it helps :

Ai version : upsetting experience at Sengkang Polyclinic, based on ThomasEddy narration:

ThomasEddy's friend had a very negative experience at Sengkang Polyclinic, stemming from her attempts to provide feedback to staff. Despite her polite approach, she encountered several issues:

Hostile Interactions

  • Verbal Abuse: Polyclinic hotline staff reportedly raised their voices at your friend on multiple occasions.
  • "Blacklisting" Threat: A staff member allegedly told your friend she was "blacklisted" and that they didn't need to speak with her because they were going for lunch. No reason was given for this "blacklisting."
  • Humiliation by Doctors: Your friend felt badly humiliated by other doctors during her visit.

Unprofessional Conduct by Christine Tan

An Outpatient Experience staff member named Christine Tan reportedly exhibited highly unprofessional behavior:

  • Conflicting Statements: Christine Tan initially offered an apology letter and a discussion with Dr. Kang about removing a "letter" (presumably the one sent to your friend's house), but then demanded your friend speak with four directors.
  • Threats: When your friend's cousin suggested she go to other polyclinics, Christine Tan allegedly threatened that your friend would receive "all bad treatment" elsewhere.
  • Accusations: Your friend was accused of shouting at staff, and security was called to stand near her after she left a room, despite her claims of speaking politely.

Intimidating Letter

A letter from Dr. Gary Kang was sent to your friend's house with an excessive number of stamps, making the envelope appear "intimidating." The content of the letter itself was described as "harsh" and lacking any courteous remarks.

Overall, your friend felt she was treated very badly, subjected to baseless accusations, and received no proper resolution to her feedback, experiencing what she perceived as retaliatory and intimidating actions from the polyclinic staff.

Dr Gary Kang of Sengkang Polyclinic send this letter to my friend’s house and press so many stamps to make the envelope look so intimidating and scare my friend.

So more my friend one solo girl who just because she feedback to their staff at the polyclinics, she talk nicely to them, call their hotline staff who raised their voice over the phone on my friend so many occasions

Until I By the side listen also shake head some more one occasion, the staff say until my friend under blacklist because the staff is going for lunch and by right they can don’t need to talk to her and when my friend ask why they say just blacklist her with no reasons

She kena so badly humiliated by other doctors and one of their Outpatient Experience staff this Christine Tan can one minute ‘We will send a letter of apology and can talk to Dr Kang about the removal of letter’ but they want my friend to talk to their 4 directors and my friend ask why

The next minute Christine Tan threaten say there will be no apology letter and my cousin say go other Polyclinics and Christine Tan say’ all bad treatment for you.’

So everywhere my friend go kena Liao. Talk nicely, Doctor can anyhow say threaten their safety.

My friend walk out of room, get security officer to stand near her, they accuse her of shouting at staff and treat her very very badly.

The letter content so harsh. No thank you, nothing

U seem to know my friend’s situation better than I do. Are you one of the healthcare workers involved?

I have fully observed that becos of their rights, they can start to be "lazy".
And being lazy can surface in many different forms.

They put up the posters everywhere in the vicinity.
If they doesn't have a problem with themselves, why they fear in the first place.
Or do they mean the patients or the world is always wrong while they are always right.
Or becos the patient need their services, so they have the right to do this.

Becos of this rights given to them, there was once that one staff, due to laziness pushed me to the cpfb to dispute some charges matters. While she wasn't aware that I had already contacted cpfb before confronting her.

I couldn't apply the "swear to a violent death" method over there, so I applied another method, using a betting challenged I.e
I said, we do an investigation and if I win, you quit your job, if I lose, you can choose to punish me with any method including a compensation of sgd 1M.

She just leeplied - why should I bet with you?
From here I raised my voice to the max, so that the supervisor in charged can hear the commotion .
As I have planned, the supervisor immediately came out of the room and after my explanation to her, she told me you don't make the payment first and we will investigate.
Ft leesult - I won becos after investigation done, the charges was wrong.
If she had bet with me, she would need to leesign de woh
