Tuas canteen is very filthy. Lots of strayed dogs murdering rats there, resulting in flies all over the canteen when you dined there. It is rare to spot any cats because of the dogs. The hawker handling of foods were 3rd world, especially during peak hour. I worked there before. You are either forced to eat the food or risk going hungry the whole day. Could it be the stress that caused Tuas worker to mistreat the cat? I hope the cat is being released immediately, but not in Tuas area. It will get killed by the dogs anyway.

You could be fucking the wrong hole. Tuas is the last place sinkies will want to work there. You can safely say about 80% are foreign workers of which majority are JiuHu Kia.
