Terrible reviews from irate girls on Google Maps.

The event was poorly organized, and the organizer did not take feedback into account, continuing with the same approach. We arrived on Saturday morning at 10 a.m. and queued for the goodie bags until almost 1 p.m. The queue was excessively long because attendees were required to complete a 20-question survey. This was an unreasonable approach. If the organizer wanted attendees to fill out the survey, they should have asked those already in the queue of up to 50 people to scan and complete it or placed instructions in a visible location. This inefficiency caused the queue to stagnate. It was a significant waste of time and reflects poor organization.

The 2025 event at Suntec was a disappointment. The goodie bags for event were out of stock by lunch, when event was only officially opened at 10am. How can a large scale event be running out of a simple goodie bag in 3 hours, especially when many have paid more for the express tickets.
Shouldn’t there be planning on how many bags to prepare based on the number of tickets sold prior to the event date?
