They can vote for any president but the policies remain the same despite promise of reforms..
Any South Korean president becoming too friendly to Mr Kim will get kicked out of office before term ends on trumped up charges. Let's see if this new chap survives.

Why China? Hun Sen the old crook will murder his own family if needed, to achieve his political objective. Initially he provided shelter to Shinawatra family expecting to be rewarded when they regain power. He is unhappy that the benefits are taking too long to come. With this evil master stroke, he immediately becomes a national hero and strengthen his power grip in Cambodia.
