The unforgiving boss should consider lucky that he didn't stabbed him but stabbed himself.
 
Stabbing own arms is perhaps his way to say "Please let me go"
If he start to stab his own throat, maybe that's his "I'm Sorry"
 
Why didn't he stab himself in the throat or heart? Totally meaningless to stab his own arm. They should just hang him, for being stupid.
 
When the police officers searched the shoplifter's pockets after he stabbed himself with the scissors, did they find paper and stone inside?
