I wasn't referring to newly minited Sinkies only.

The term used by the PAP gabrament to label naturalized citizens is misleeding. It calls naturalized citizens "new citizens".

Foreigners given Sinkie citizenships more than 20 years ago would now be in their late 40s or mid 50s. They would go to restructured hospitals for treatment.

My friends and I have come across naturalized citizens who are now working in "hawker" centres and coffee shops in HDB estates. They definitely don't have international medical insurance.
