For first time SDA Desmond Chee made a pertinent point. The job of Mosquito parties is to
1) prevent PAP walkover
2) keep the incumbents busy within their cuntituency instead of being free to goto swing places to jee siaow.

Main purpose is to help PAP increasing the % of supporting votes on records, look like a strong mandate, lol!
 
I guess for some of them, it may be the reimbursement plus allowances from Pay and Pay. :rolleyes::sneaky::biggrin:
