Calm down. The motorcyclist caused another motorcyclist's death. The maserati driver at most kenna light prison sentence or fine for damaging public property or reckless driving.

Since the reckless driving resulted in a death, the Maserati driver could face much more severe penalties since dangerous driving causing death carries a significant jail term and lengthy driving disqualification.

The reckless driving indirectly caused the death. It was the 1st motorcyclist who caused his own death and skidding of the 2nd motorcyclist on the opposite traffic. The debris from his motorbike flung over to the opposite traffic. The main culprit is still the 1st motorcyclist in blue, he simply did not watch his lane.
This is on MY side not SG side. Laws will be different.
