NLB libraries are now:
1) Hubs for propaganda. Not only what is on the bookshelves, but what is conspicuously omitted from them.
2) Quasi daycare centres to keep the brats distracted and placate their young parents. Refer to the renovated National Library. See also the National Gallery and its kids-oriented activities... it's a museum, supposedly.

Most phone plans have a generous amount of allocated data, public wifi is not as important as about 5 years ago.
