crime rate is increasing day by day. shocked to read that.
In Dec 2018, a thief was caught stealing money($3000) from a vegetable stall at Marine Terrace. The stall owner made a police report and the thief was arrested.
Kwa Geok Leng was caught stealing from Da Jie Wanton Mee stall for 8 long years and was not convicted, because the owner did not make a police report.
It is very unfair, I am waiting to see what penalty the thief would receive for stealing $3000.

Thief Kwa Geok Leng be seen loitering around Kallang area. Saw this bastard the other day. Have difficulty walking due to sickness. Anyone going around Kallang MRT station, nearby area maybe has chance to see her.
