Harassment by illegal debt collector

Hi Brudders here,

I received a msg as below:

Don’t think your wife XXX can run to KL after cheating people money in Singapore. He better pay back my client money RM175,000. We will give him 72 hours to settle this debt failing we will visit your residence or your shop where he had to pay all the charges and expenses to my debt collectors in KL. THIS IS A FINAL REMINDER

Message above consider threatening ? Anyone here can advise ?
