Do they have a job scope?

I see them doing gardening in HDB community gardens instead of sweeping corridors..Why?

Is the RC who is in charge of these porlumpars' garden abusing them?

They are hired for cleaning the estates, not to do these porlumpars' gardening .. chow cheebye!

Chow chee bye ... I spoke to the Bangla in my estate...He said previous ones who refused to do community garden work and argue that it's not in the job scope kenna transfered and contract not renewed by those PAP porlumpars town council contractors. Chow chee bye!

They are hired to "maintain" estates and this encompasses all aspects of keeping the housing estates in a pristine condition gardens included.

Who pays them is not the issue. The fact remains that they are paid to maintain the common areas of an HDB estate and that includes the gardens that surround the car parks and the blocks.

Gardens are not there just for the enjoyment of the RC. Gardens are part and parcel of creating a pleasant ambience in HDB estates. It is a holistic approach towards improving the lives and the mental well being of all HDB residents.

my uncle say this one cannot anyhow blame the bangla and have to thanks them for coming to sg to clean shit for sinkie. he say bangla also not stupid if there is no perks they may not want this dirty job and their perks is looking forward to meet their darling maid in the morning.

The banglas are hired as laborers so their job scope is whatever their bosses assign to them.

It's no different from maids being asked to wash cars and take the dog for a walk. These tasks are not exactly domestic chores but the maids can't very well refuse to do as they're told.

my uncle say this also applies to local boss family business. he say any positions also have to do any job assign so he say fuck the local boss.
