And Chinese design in integrating all above together and industrial productions to churn out thousands of the various missiles.

I read that first as a fucking powerful rocket propellant. Never then thought of that as something with a fucking big bang that probably far exceed Semtex, HMX, or even the holy grail Octanitrocubane sought by the West in vain. China probably used lots of inert polymer to damp down the explosive power of N15 to use as propellant.
China leap pass all that in a fucking big jump and appear as magical founder of gunpowder to the West as in about 900 years ago.

Chinese disclosed also that the rocket vehicle of DF-41 ICBM can be used as a Star War vehicle, that can be used to hit any satellites at any distance & speed, or intercept incoming missiles. The capability of it will way way exceed any Patriot THAAD etc which are too small and slow speed can not reach higher orbit and distances. When NK Kim Jong Nuke shot his Hwasong ICBM over Japan he used orbit height of 700km and Japs using American anti-missiles can not reach to intercept it.   美媒11月16日报道,美军从中国媒体和社交网络中挖掘出的一些信息显示,中国在研发一种新型武器,这不是寻常的装备,它让美国人对此深感不安。东风-41是一个让中国对手恐惧的名称,该武器在2015年的时候被确切的证实了它的存在,当时认为已经进行了4次发射试验。

  中国的官方电视台央视在11月15日罕见的通过军事专家对东风-41进行了披露,军事专家徐光裕将军在节目中说:东风-41洲际导弹的射程“能够突破12000公里,那就意味着它可以全球覆盖,可以在自己国家本土范围内发射就可以覆盖全球,不需要把这个导弹拿到外头去了,所以这种威慑就比较大”。

  根据披露,东风-41洲际导弹,射程12000公里,可以携带10枚分导弹头,导弹重量达到60多吨,每个战斗部重达1.6吨,战斗部攻击精度达到惊人的100米。因为弹头是分导的,每一枚都可以设置不同的攻击目标,也就是说发射一枚东风-41洲际导弹可以同时打击10个目标,这种能力放眼全球都是最强悍的。

  央视节目中也证实了东风-41在6年时间内进行了8次试射,已经有条件定型服役,将在2018年大规模部署。后续将还会有新的试射验证导弹的可靠性。

DF-41 is mobile on heavy truck TEL and solid fuel. SARMAT can begin to fly an unpredictable trajectory less than 1 min from launching (1st stage) to avoid being tracked and intercepted. It has super long range and can deliberately fly longer distance trajectory to USA to avoid US missile defense systems - it can fly south instead of north from Russia, and go via Antarctica instead of Arctic to hit USA coming via South Americas and Mexico instead of Canada. The NORAD missile defense is build only to defense against ICBMs coming from Canada side, the Mexico side is not defended because there were no Soviet ICBM previously capable of coming from that long-long way. SARMAT however for 1st time can do a Bayi Rear entry.

  [环球网军事11月20日报道 环球时报特约记者 孔田 环球时报记者 刘 扬]日前央视播出的一期节目报道了我国最新型洲际弹道导弹“东风-41”的最新进展。据参加该节目的中国军事专家介绍,“东风-41”导弹的重量为60多吨,可携带10个分导核弹头,打击精度达到100米,可能将于明年年初服役。接受《环球时报》采访的专家表示,如果央视公布的信息无误,“东风-41”性能将超越美国“民兵-3”和俄罗斯的“白杨-M”洲际弹道导弹,极大提高中国核力量的威慑和生存能力。

  专家披露“东风-41”核心参数

  央视首先援引境外媒体的报道称,中国很可能于近日在西部沙漠地区测试了新型“东风-41”洲际导弹。据参加节目的军事专家徐光裕介绍,该导弹的精度大大提高。据他分析,“东风-41”的射程突破1.2万公里,就意味着可以全球覆盖,所以威慑力比较大。第二点是该导弹的精度大大提高。徐光裕说,过去像“东风-5”(的精度)都是以公里级来计算,打一个点的偏差可能就好几公里,但“东风-41”偏差只有100米,非常惊人。第三个特点是可以携带分导式多弹头。“它的打击能力非常强。它不是一个单弹头,而是可以打6枚、10枚。”徐光裕介绍说,因为导弹的重量达到60多吨,所以它的三级固体动力非常强劲,可以带很多弹头。它的整个战斗部是1.6吨,这1.6吨打一个大弹头,通常都是热核弹头好几百万吨当量的,如果变成6枚,每一枚也就是250公斤,如果是10枚的话是160公斤,当量一步步变小。因为弹头是分导的,每一枚都有目标,不是随便打完就算,所以它的攻击能力非常强。

  中国导弹专家、量子防务首席科学家杨承军19日接受《环球时报》记者采访时表示,目前我国战略导弹武器是第二代和第三代并举。“东风-41”是我国第四代战略导弹武器,是洲际弹道导弹,可以反击全球重要战略目标。

  或于明年上半年服役

  徐光裕在节目中介绍,“东方-41”已经有图片出现,所以他认为进行多次试射后已经有条件定型入役了,但是以后的试射还是会有的。“按照外媒的说法,我们是从2012年开始试射的,6年试射8次,搞得快的话,也许明年上半年就可以大规模服役了。”

  而境外媒体甚至认为,该导弹已经服役。台湾《联合报》报道称,“东风-41”型洲际导弹一直保持低调神秘,是美国等西方国家欲探知的远程打击武器,2010年美方传闻该导弹已交付部队,并于去年正式装备。据加拿大《汉和防务评论》去年报道,美国推测“东风-41”将率先部署在河南,“一个旅大约有16枚导弹,可以带50多枚弹头,对美国来说是新的打击压力。”

  《联合报》称,“东风-41”弹长16.5米,弹径2.78米,整体重量达到63.5吨,采用三级固体燃料推进。采用公路机动平台、铁路机动平台、加固地井发射三种方式部署,可装载一枚1.2吨的300万吨级当量热核弹头,或装载6枚200公斤30万吨级当量热核弹头,或装载10枚20万吨当量的核弹头。

  杨承军对《环球时报》记者表示,按照新型洲际弹道导弹的研制周期来看,过去从立项、研制到入列需要20年左右时间,但随着技术、工艺、材料等各项条件越来越成熟,现在我国研发武器周期大大缩短。虽然中国军方尚未公开“东风-41”洲际弹道导弹的相关信息,但从近些年透露的信息来看,该导弹应该距离列装为时不远了。这对全国人民来说是一件值得期待的事情。

  另一位匿名专家对《环球时报》记者介绍,“东风-31”型弹道导弹公开至今已有多年,按照列装一型、研制一型的研制周期来看,“东风-41”应该接近列装,而且中国航天工业具备研制这类性能洲际弹道导弹的能力,国内已突破先进碳纤维壳体材料和工艺、大直径高能固体火箭发动机等一系列技术,“东风-41”的研制可谓水到渠成。

  一枚可毁一国?

  针对“东风-41”的性能,有观点认为一枚该型威力巨大的核导弹可以毁灭一个敌国。上述专家表示,这种说法并非基于严密科学计算做出的定量分析,而是以一种更容易让普通民众理解的方式说明“东风-41”导弹的厉害程度。对此不必过度解读。

  杨承军表示,“东风-41”是我国第四代战略导弹,但总体水平和发达国家的第六代处于同一水平,有些技术达到世界领先水平。“东风-41”的反应时间比以往战略导弹大幅缩短;精度得到根本性提升;基本火力单元更加精干,机动性能更强;威力很大,摧毁性达到数百平方公里。

  另一位军事专家对《环球时报》记者表示,如果央视公开的信息准确的话,“东风-41”将极大提高中国的核威慑能力。首先是高精度提升了中国有效打击加固目标的能力。以往的“东风”系列弹道导弹的精度以公里计,虽然爆炸当量大,但只能打击面目标。100米的精度意味着,这种导弹可以对敌方的弹道导弹发射井、地下战略指挥所等加固目标实施有效打击。第二,6到10枚分导式多弹头,加之先进突防装置的采用,使其突防能力大大提升,威慑能力增强。第三,射程增大和机动式发射,可以使它在很大范围内机动,极大提高生存能力。之前机动发射的“东风-31”弹道导弹的射程普遍认为约为8000公里,而“东风-5”的射程虽然远,但采用井式发射,战时生存能力较低。“东风-41”将“东风-5”的远射程、多弹头优势与“东风-31”的机动发射、生存力高等优势完美结合。
