Before you apply for your visa, be sure that you are meeting the following requirements. Rwanda demands proof of citizenship, in addition to a social security number in your local government. This can readily be verified with your passport. After these requirements are met, you shouldn't have any trouble processing your visa. However, if you have any outstanding problems such as an immigration violation, bankruptcies, or even a crime, then it might take a bit longer.
