That's true...but in my humble opinion, for security reasons, condos may be safer not so easy to break in especially those on the high floors.. And condos have facilities. guess end of the day, is individual preference.
The agent told me the tunnel is build by the developer, cost them RM 70m. As this is their first residential project, they want to make a track record by giving all extras and selling at a lower price (RM1100-1500psf) than Puteri Habou areas which is going at RM 1400-1700psf on a average. .
I'm not familiar with JB center and don't go there enough...anyone knows how the traffice around Astaka?it is really bad?
I cannot imagine staying in a nice buliding but surrounded by traffics..then I won't be able to leave the house.
Is RM 1100psf for Astaka steep given all the posh...
I just checked with the agent, Astaka is asking Rm1000 psf...looks like a very up market project after seeing their specs and layout..
But the location is near Woodlands causeway...the traffic is really bad..anyone bought Astaka ans can share some lights?

Hi, I am deciding if I should by a high floor unit from Propnex launch today. It is at Tower A 03 or 04 stack. 04 stack may not be as hot as 03 stack but the number may not be so good...do you think there would be a difference between 03 and 04 stack in term of heat?
