    If for investment purpose, i think HH better than Kulai. Based on history records, the HH ROI more than 70%. For own staying, Kulai area also not bad. Because a lot of chinese Hakka stay there and got a lot of nice food to eat.

    I agree with it. I am property agent in JB. Among all the other area, the highest appreciation of the property is horizon hills. There is a lot of buyer looking for the place because of environment and convenient.
