When you've filed your application, it will be checked and forwarded to the Rwandan Embassy. The embassy will then check the details provided by you and ask for their approval. There'll be an official waiting period before you can really submit an application for a Rwanda visa. The waiting period is usually around a month. During this time period, you will still be allowed to visit Europe and other nations, but you'll need to apply for a new visa before doing this.
