    Is this 'monster truck' safe for Singapore roads?

    this veh is the new mitsubishi triton L200 and i m driving one everyday during working hour.its power and best its 4WD and auto transmission to ease my off-road driving.the pic is own mod by the driver which might b legal if not annual inspection fail liao.
