Yes another vote to P1. Also it is quite convenient as you don't have to install anything e.g. phone line / cable, their modem works just like a broadband. Do check with the P1 counter (widely available in shopping mall) whether P1 has coverage in Nusa Idaman (most probably have it).

Yup, agree that grilles do spoil the overall look and feel like you are living in a cage - restricted freedom. However security is still something not to be taken lightly, especially in JB town. For some people like me, it just give me a peace of mind for having an additional protection layer...

I think that one is Precinct 7A which can complete by end of 2012 or early 2013. Precinct 8 I was told either mid-end of 2013.

It depends on how much the older precinct subsales e.g. precinct 5 is selling too and their availability. Currently the latest batch that just gotten the keys (I believe is 24'x80') terrace intermediate lot in Precinct 5 subsales is going for around 500k (does anyone know the launch price? Below...
